Corwin possesses a driven attitude, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a structured approach to his work.

Nadeche Laumen

Nadeche has a background as a singing teacher and a haptotherapist. As a result, she perceives the correlation between the success of organizations and the creative and strategic utilization of individuals.

Jeroen Corsten
Jeroen Corsten

Jeroen brings a background in recruitment, coupled with a passion for running, and previous experience in the dredging industry. Due to his diverse background, he possesses a particularly high level of empathy and adeptness in understanding others.

Tim Brinkman
Tim Brinkman

Tim comes from a background in elite sports and has been immersed in the world of football, collaborating with inspiring individuals throughout his life. Apart from coaching on the field at Ajax, he also mentors individuals in navigating significant transitions and making transformative career moves.

Faissal Ouazane
Faissal Ouazane

Faissal also has a background in elite sports. As an intern, he is currently assisting in identifying potential opportunities for Decent.

Emma Huizinga

Emma, with a background in elite swimming and a degree in Hospitality Management, combines empathy, problem-solving skills, and strategic insight in her marketing role at Decent.

“Netjes” and “welgemanierd” are Dutch synonyms for “Decent.” These values fit our recruitment organization. But “Decent” also stands for respect, integrity, empathy, and care, because we work with and for people.
